* Discuss how to deal with licenses (#2105)

* #2243 Persistent identifiers for transformed actors/artifacts etc. (from Thom, about transforming entities)

  But we all agreed that the backend shouldn't provide be a public landing page, this is what the API and presentation sites are for%
