User information¶
- Since when are they using OpenAtlas -> Since about 1.5 years
- Which project is worked on currently -> ENCHANT
- What is liked/disliked -> Likes the user friendliness, no dislikes
- What is the workflow when questions or problems arise (manual, Redmine, mail, colleagues, ...) -> manual and than asking colleagues
- Are there known bugs, if yes what prevented reporting -> Was aware of one bug but it was fixed already at time of interview (#2348)
- Are they feel included in the development process -> Not until the user interview
Feedback and additional observations¶
- Because of the Arabic text sources there is a need for being able to write right to left. So we created an issue for that (#2388)
- Some issues about the use of sources became apparent. Most of them could be solved by adding an artifact. We may should provide more hints about it in the UI (#2390)
Concluding remarks¶
- Thanks a lot to András for taking the time for an user research interview.
- It was very productive and informative.
- There will be a follow up meeting.about data entry for the ENCHANT team.
