* #2369: Text annotation widget

** %{color:green}Requested changes includes to change the "description" label to "comment" and provide a text area instead of a line input%

** %{color:green}Also the issue #1064: (Restructure UI for historical sources) was put on the roadmap again%

** %{color:green}Alex will give it a shot, we will discuss outcome, possible challenges (e.g. merging type hierarchies, duplicates, ...) with first results, see #2420%
** %{color:green}Also a suggestion was made to make a demo version with self-descriptive entities, e.g. I'm an Person and I have a sibling named XXX.
  Not sure who made the suggestion but the person who made it should create an issue for it.%
* Possible develop cooperation with TerraLID, one aspect was the request to add a CIDOC CRM extension
** %{color:green}Stefan said he is now more open for CIDOC extensions%
** %{color:green}Alex pointed out possible difficulties in the future, e.g. an updated CIDOC which conflicts with a (not updated) extension. Difficult choice would be than between: not update CIDOC, removing related features or maintaining the extension ourselves%
** %{color:green}However, to test current effort to maintain the CIDOC core system an issue was created (#2421)%
* OpenAtlas workshop in 2025

* Usage of Administrative units
** %{color:green}Unclear if still needed or usable it that form (e.g. no possibility for geo-referencing)%
** %{color:green}One option would be to make it optional (e.g. in admin area), another would be to add geo-referencing.%
** %{color:green}Alex pointed out we might should look at offering places as subs for other places first (#2291: Structuring places).%
** %{color:green}Stefan hinted that the flexible adding of artifacts (to place, feature, ... other artifacts) already makes things challenging%
