h1. FemCare Vienna Meeting Meeting 2025-03-18, 17:00 Location: Online Updated information in the course of the meeting is %{color:green}in color% and/or marked with an ✅. Every participant is welcome to add and adapt. This is the agenda and protocol of OpenAtlas specific topics from the meeting. h2. Participants * *OpenAtlas* ** Alexander Watzinger ** Bernhard Koschiček-Krombholz * *FemCare Vienna* ** Eva Riedlsperger ** Felix Kaufmann h2. Topics This meeting is about importing existing structured data to the OpenAtlas instance of the "FemCare Vienna":https://discover-femcarevienna.openatlas.eu/ project. We have written scripts to import the data but we should take a look together to verify the results and resolve last issues. h3. Sisters of the Hospital of the Elisabethians (Eva) * #2486: Import sisters records ✅ * Current import ok? ✅ * Case study sisters ok? ✅ * It would be good to create references to (different) sources. %{color:green}-> It is sufficient to use the one we already created% h3. Patient records (Felix) * #2472: Import patient records ✅ * Current import ok? ✅ * Case study patient ok? ✅ * How to deal with duplicates, e.g. persons or similar spelled diagnoses %{color:green}-> It will be easier to (re)organize diagnoses and person duplicates in the backend.% * Do we want to enter origin (Herkunft) as places and link them as residence or birth place? %{color:green}-> We will add them as places for birth place where available. Like the diagnoses they can be adapted later in the backend, e.g. adding GeoNames ids and coordinates.% * What should we do with partial records, e.g. row 1606 to 1609 %{color:green}These are duplicates and we will skip them% * %{color:green}There are 2 numbering system for patients, one has to be added as a column in the excel list (how do we name this reference system?)% * %{color:green}If an acceptance date (alternatively an end date) and an age was provided, we will create a day of birth time span for the year +/- 1 year. E.g. acceptance date was 1745-11-21, patient was 40 years old so day of birth span would be 1704-01-01 to 1706-12-31% h3. How to proceed * For the purpose of this meeting we will import the data shortly before to take a look at it * After the meeting we will remove the imports, adapt the scripts with new feedback and import the data again * Once the ok from Eva and Felix is given the data can than be worked on in OpenAtlas itself h3. %{color:green}Concluding% * %{color:green}Sisters data are working good as is so we will import them again after cleaning the database% * %{color:green}We need some adaptions for the patient records, e.g. add places, add numbering system of Felix ... So we will adapt the data and import script and take a look at it again, once finished.%
