Location: ACDH-CH, Bäckerstraße 13, 2C (in 2nd floor)
Updated information in the course of the meeting is in color and/or marked with an ✅. Every participant is welcome to add and adapt.
Participants¶
- FemCare Vienna
- Julia Gebke
- Sarah Paganini
- OpenAtlas
- Alexander Watzinger
- Bernhard Koschiček-Krombholz
Topics¶
- Introduction of OpenAtlas ✅
- Import of existing pharmacy data ✅
- Time frame for entering pharmacy data is until end of 2025
- We added Sarah as user for data entry (editor)
Outcome¶
After showing and discussing entering FemCare pharmacy data this was the outcome:
Types¶
- We added a new case study called Pharmacy to be able to differentiate this data later
- We added a new custom type Inventory
- This is meant for tracking drugs, medical supplies and similar.
- Sarah will provide a word document with a list that Bernhard will try to import to save time
Sources¶
- Recipes can be entered as sources
- Additional text (e.g. translations) can be entered via the tab text
- Files (e.g. a scan) can be added via the file tab
- The recipe can be connected with items of the inventory type to reflect the ingredients
- If there is an actual physical object, an artifact can be created and than linked when editing the source (not via the tab option which would have the meaning that source mentioning the artifact)
This might be useful to e.g. track dimensions, location, movement and similar
- Recipe books
- Can also be entered as source
- Currently it isn't possible to link them to recipes. Either we implement this (see #1970 on wishlist) or we solve this differently via references
Places, features and artifacts¶
To track individual objects following structure was suggested (manageable via the respective tabs). Of course it is up to the FemCare team how complex they want to structure it.
- Place Elisabethinenspital
- Feature Pharmacy
- Artifact Room
- Artifact Compartment
- Artifact Medical container (e.g. a box)
How to continue¶
- Bernhard will try to import the inventory type items via a Word file provided by Sarah (#2561)
- The suggested mapping will be discussed in the OpenAtlas team
- Julia and Sarah will try entering data like shown
- After a few weeks we will meet again to discuss questions that might have arisen and discuss further steps
