This meeting will be about transforming Welterbe data to a more suitable structure. It will contain many German terms and won't be that interesting for people not involved.
Nevertheless we like to track discussed topics here.

* How are students enter data (via laptops in the field?) and which user role they get usually

* Discuss name and create place hierarchy online %{color:green}-> Cadastre%

* Inform about data clean up ✅
** Deleted places with "Bitte löschen"
** Deleted a place with "Test" prefix
** Fixed various entries: too much zeros, missing underline, ...

* Discuss remaining duplicates ✅
** Search with similar names place 100%
** Reminder to better make user inactive instead of deleting to keep history of created entities

* Deal with current information at places in cadastre place hierarchy
** Name, e.g. *42018_N910G28* will be *910/28* with *42018* as super. If name contains an *F* a dot will be prefixed. ✅
** Description -> description ✅
** Alias, e.g. "Grundstück um renovierten Haus": add to description? %{color:green} -> add a line above description with "Adresse:"%
** Type -> remove because currently always "Grundstück" ✅
** Katastralgemeinde Nr -> remove because now in link to super ✅
** Grenzkataster -> to discuss, currently 999 *E*, 105 *G* %{color:green} -> can be removed because part of cadastre info%
