IIIF: keep transparency

Description

Currently, transparency get lost in conversion process to a pyramid tiff. The background is either black or white. To keep the original transparency the vips command has to be modified, see https://www.libvips.org/API/current/VipsForeignSave.html#vips-tiffsave

If the conversion is set to deflate than the alpha channel will correctly be converted. If the conversion is set to jpeg, the alpha channel gets lost. I added this information to the manual entry of the IIIF configuration.
