Expandable detail view

Description
As noted by Nicholas in our last meeting it would be nice to be able to expand the detail sidebar of an entry, e.g. when shown in combination with the map.

One discussed approach would be to a ">" button to expand the detail bar like the already existing "<" button to collapse detail bar.

the the detail view is now expandable:
- this is instead of the minimize logic; now you can close the detail view.
- this is currently working in the map & network mode, the table mode stays fixed.
- the design of the expanded detail view should be overworked.
furthermore, the mode switch is now placed inside the detail view (to create kind of a toolbar)
