New instance for Welterbe Salzkammergut

Description
In our last meeting with Welterbe Salzkammergut we decided to go online with a presentation site but make it access restricted in the first step.
The backend is already running and the requested discovery URL is pointed to the usual ACDH Discovery IP (see internal documentation for more information).

At the meeting today we also discussed the presentation site for Welterbe.
An open API is ok but we need at least a basic restriction for the site (see related issue). So once we figured that out (feel free to ask me in case your stuck) we should deploy an instance and inform them how to access it.
