To enhance the OpenAtlas introduction process, I propose adding a "First Steps" section to the manual based on a mock-up case study. This guide will introduce core entities and workflows through a narrative structure rather than isolated technical descriptions. To ensure the documentation remains maintainable despite frequent UI updates, we should minimize full-scale screenshots. Instead, the guide will rely on precise textual instructions complemented by focused, minimalist visual anchors. This approach balances intuitive user guidance with long-term editorial efficiency.
