We will have to look into restrictions for providing IIIF images, especially regarding image licenses. Some notes from the developer meeting: * Deny access to manifest if no appropriate license is given (waiting We need this for #2105) the backend (for not logged in users) and the presentation sites * Deny access Images without a license shouldn't be accessible * We also have to not logged in users if images solve how to define/check which licenses are not public (how do we define if images are public?) ok
