Refactoring in this version:
- Rewritten entity forms to be generated dynamically in openatlas/forms
- Moving HTML from views and util/util.py to util/display.py for cleaner presentation/logic separation.
- CSS: removed uitheme.css, reset.css, color.css and icons in openatlas/static/css/
- Refactoring file operations with pathlib
