Description

Refactoring in this version:

  • Fix for external reference permissions
  • Fix for content (e.g. legal notice) not updating because of template cache, refactor content on this occasion
  • Moving view functions out of model
  • Cleaning up imports to avoid recursive ones
  • Setting up SonarQube and check code
  • Refactored file_stats, get_file_path and thumbnail generation for performance with Berni
