Additional and improved system warnings

Description
System warnings were improved to help running a stable and secure software:
- (New) If the default user from installation with the default password is still active, a warning is displayed on every site for admins
- Missing writable file access (e.g. for upload folder) is now displayed on every page for managers and admins.
