Add info buttons for all viewing modes

Description

As reported

The “?” (info) buttons (e.g., for Category of Authenticity) should be visible in all viewing modes (now only in table mode); please add to list, gallery, and individual records

We will add this to list view, but not in the gallery view where no information is shown that would need the info button.

The list view now contains a help button for the Category of Authenticity.
