API: remove version 0.2

Description
Like announced we will remove the API version 0.2 after the 0.3 version is the current since a few version.
Before removing API version 0.2, I (Alex) would like to switch and test existing frontends to 0.3.
For the actual removal of 0.2 I will assign Bernhard after that.

I switched existing frontend sites to use the newer frontend version which are using API 0.3
After the 7.7.0 release you can remove API 0.2 in the develop branch.
