Shahi: change of presentation site URL
Description
The Shahi team decided to use https://shahi.acdh.oeaw.ac.at as their stable URL they than can reference to in their publication.
It's not urgent but I would say the sooner we make the switch the better. Also they can than test their links while they are working on the publication.
I would start talking with Dalibor about it but of course you can proceed to your liking, e.g. instead creating an issue in the ACDH-CH Redmine.
The target version can be removed once finished, it's just for now to not lose sight of it.

I started the process with Dalibor, it will take some time and we need the OK of Matej but it should be on it's way.

The new Url is available, however one GitHub Pipeline seems to fail. The Issue was reported and is being looked into.

The Github Pipeline error is fixed and the site should be available under the new Url.
