Missing activity for production
Description
I noticed that the production event doesn't have the possibility to add an Actor with P14 carried out (performed). I think to model the data correctly for production events, this would be beneficial.
E12 > P14 > E21/E74

This is strange because we already had this. It may got lost during last rebuilds so thank you for reporting it.
I also fixed the respective manual entry while at it. Fix is already in develop and on demo-dev.
Please note that "carried out" can only be selected when adding an actor from the production event. It is not available the other way round (coming from actor and linking to an event from the event tab) because at that point we don't know if is a production event and "carried out" isn't suitable for all event classes.
