Show API download buttons by default

Description
The API export functionality at entity views (e.g. to export to JSON, CSV, ...) was missed too easily because it had to be activated in the profile first.
The export buttons are now added to the button bar at entity views at all times. They now can't be missed that easily and the placement is more layout consistent.
The profile option for this was removed.
