Add French language to the web user interface
Description
I saw your project at DH 2023, I found it interesting and I wanted to make a quick contribution. As I'm a French and this kind of database might be interesting for an association (which is an old "société savante", a learned society?, that handles local history and heritage), I made a pull request https://github.com/craws/OpenAtlas/pull/9 that hopefully might help French users.

The changes are merged into the develop branch, will be part of the next release and can already be viewed at the development demo version: https://demo-dev.openatlas.eu.
Your contributions are highly appreciated, also because they will make OpenAtlas even more accessible for French users.
