API: new version 0.4, deprecation of 0.3

Description
Because of remove content for presentation sites in the backend (#2054), there will be a breaking changes (remove of keys of /content endpoint) in the API. Therefore, a new version, 0.4 will be released.
With 8.0.0 the API version 0.3 will be deactivated!
To-do:- create new version
- manual update
- remove of /content endpoint
- rename
nametolabelin first layer of/type_by_view_class/and/type_overview/ - Incorporate
/classesinto/backend_details
