Additions:

• added linked_entities to query endpoint
• added new endpoint properties to list all CIDCOC properties
• added new endpoint network_visualisation to feed network visualisation tools
• added typeHierarchy to LPF. A list of objects with the type hierarchy.

Swagger:

• Added property codes to relation_type for type checking

Performance improvement:

• /api/subunits: improved from ~13 seconds to ~3 seconds for test entity

Fix:

• Fixed bug, that timespans of relations was from the linked entities not from the relation itself
