Presentation sites: change entity/id endpoint to entities/id

Description
Because our frontend team decided that entities/id would be a better URL part than entity/id we have to adapt/check:
- Manual entry for frontend resolver URL for links shown in the backend
- Check all existing frontend instances (update to newest version, adapt resolver URL), e.g. at demo sites

It's updated in the manual and the newly compiled manual (including other changes like a new CSV example file) is in develop
