Description

Users can add notes to entities which can be private or public, see manual: https://manual.openatlas.eu/tools/notes.html
At the last user interview it became clear that we may should communicate it stronger to prevent misunderstandings.

So maybe write a short info/disclaimer at notes about it that is always visible?

I added a manual link to the form and also added an info text (first line of manual) at the top of the form to prevent further misunderstandings about that feature.
