Static site generation: layout breaks coming from external links

Description
If the frontend URL is used from another site, e.g. OpenAtlas backend, the layout breaks like Picasso. Maybe it has to do something with CSS transition.
Although technically it's a bug we categorized it as feature because it only affects the alternative way of deployment. When deployed via the main method this isn't an issue, see e.g. URL
