Description
Currently it isn't possible to link artifacts directly via the artifact tab in the source detail view (like generally possible in the other tabs).
I think reason for this was that there are multiple ways and meanings how to link an artifact to a source: as content of an artifact via edit/update or as mentioned in the source via tabs.
Because we now have made the meaning clearer (#2390) we could add this functionality for ease of use.
