Text annotation: also provide unlinked entities

Description

Currently only already linked entities can be used in text annotation.
It would be much more user friendly if any entity can be chosen and, if not already linked to the source via P67, will than be linked automatically afterwards.

Choosing "any" entity requires some design changes because there can be, depending on the project, a lot of them, e.g. a few ten thousands.
