Restructured data integrity check

Description
For better accessibility the data check functions have been restructured:
- File checks are now bundled at admin / data / integrity checks / files
- Found orphan sub units are now linked. They can't be edited but can be looked at and deleted.
- Improved labels
- Removed duplicate missing file check
- The manual section was updated accordingly
