To avoid "Invalid controller specified (apple-touch-icon.png)" error messages in logs and to offer icons for apple devices implement:
- apple-touch-icon.png (60x60 or 100x100)
- apple-touch-icon-precomposed.png (60x60 or 100x100)
- implement and test
