Description
With the merge of "DPP" and "Ostalpen Revisited" data some performance issues emerged.
Having a large data set (about 100,000 entities, 200,000 links) presents a good opportunity to look into performance again.

After increasing overall performance about 50% and greatly improving some special views closing this ticket for now.
A new one will be opened after getting some feedback, especially after the DPP and Ostalpen merge.
