We could move the file and database structure description from the Redmine Wiki ([Application_and_database_structure]) to the manual.
One advantage would be that the structure description than is corresponding to the application version.
Things to consider:
* Maybe make a new menu item called *technical* or similar
* Move the API documentation there too (now at model)
* Split file and database structure into 2 documents
