Implementation of hierarchical data (e.g. types) and a user interface for manipulation. *To do* - view with entity count insert new - delete - update name, super - directed types view with enttity count - types (E55 - P127 - E55) - periods (E52 - P86 - E52 from openATLAS) - test array trees where sub_ids are lower than super_ids - add type: check for empty string - update themes a.add colors
