After some consolidation and review of all our current and previous cooperation databases, we decided to remove the Creation event. Creation event was meant for authorship of Files (see #1934), e.g. a scan or a photograph, which can still be done in the creator field of the File form. In most cases, the Creation event was not used in the indented way, but used for the production of an artifact, e.g. the writing of a document (Source), which the Production event is for. We will remove Creation form for now, but might add it again when implementing a more user-friendly version of authorship (#2570). Existing Creation events will be transformed to Production events (because this seemed to had been the intention in most existing cases anyway).
