*To do* - blue link for mapdetail in maps - rename node to hierarchy - dont select all subs - add a save and cancel button for multiple treeselect - look into http://medcon.craws.net/admin/node/view/id/177 - how to exit dialog - save multiple select - populate single select like multiselect (in walk_tree) anr remove dialog check in functions.js - clean up and try to join functions - test other layouts - find and implement for all others, remove old selectType functions (Unittests)
