It is planned to implement replace CSS with the "Bootstrap":https://getbootstrap.com/ framework. Main reasons are responsive design and a general overhaul of the user interface. This will be a larger rewrite, it is still in the concept/evaluation phase, implementation is planned at the end of 2019.
