Since there are a lot of new features available the network visualization gets a little confusing. To make it more informative again: * Join places and locations * Don't show external references * Check missing links e.g. to source * Maybe show/hide options with hidden as default * Maybe think about ego networks. * Also considering switching to https://github.com/acdh-oeaw/network-visualization
