CONNEC requested notes for entities (outside CRM) that can be shared. Maybe we can add a public flag for notes but we would still have to think where/how to display them.
Implementation:
* Checkbox for public at insert/update a note (default=off)
* It will shown below the description
* it will be possible to add multiple notes (private and public) to entities
* admin and managers can edit/delete notes of other users
* include notes in search
