At the moment CSV are generated in the backend. New implementation will use API functions and also files won't be saved on the server anymore but locally anymore. *Implementation* * -Remove former backend functions (and tests)- * -Replace with API functions in admin/export view- * Update manual * Add to release notes that folder *openatlas/export/csv* can be directly downloaded instead. removed
