Being able to add reference systems to (custom and value) type hierarchies might be useful for e.g. project INDIGO.
I'm not sure how to implement it exactly and if this could raise other issues, so we would have to take a look in more detail before.
Once done we also would have to update the Vocabs import accordingly.
