• References can now be linked from the reference tab at artifacts directly (#2507)

News for Admins

• 8.12.0.sql is needed but will be taken care of by the database upgrade script
• Additional Python packages are required, see information in install/upgrade/upgrade.md
• New installations now have no default user and creating an admin user is the first step once the site is running (#2555)
