Topics¶

This meeting will be about data entry in OpenAtlas for multiple cooperation partners. It is planned to demonstrate more complex data entry workflows, and there will also be time to address the questions that have been collected.

• Both teams were introduced to the data integrity checks, such as "check data" and "check dates" and we explained how they work
• Possible bug: for IPG-121, a point was set on the map in OpenAtlas but no location is shown on the presentation site - might not be implemented by the frontend team yet (Epigraphies of Pius Travel); also linking the church (Church of Apostle Philip) instead of the graffito (IPG-121) to a location was discussed -> it turned out it wasn't a bug but can be configured at the presentation site
• For IPG-134 the difference between a polygon for a known areal (e.g. ground plan of a church) and a polygon around an area in which an artifact,... was in (with absolute certainty) was discussed (see also https://manual.openatlas.eu/tools/map.html#adding-new-geometries)
• Adding references to images via the references button instead of adding it into the description was shown briefly, as well as licenses and copyright questions
• Showed how to add information like licenses and creator to files
