Topics¶

This meeting will be about transformed Welterbe data. The agenda contains German terms and won't be that interesting for people not involved.
Nevertheless we like to track discussed topics here.

• Imported Kataster data
  • Show new imported data ✅
  • Advantages: more structured data entry, already linked ✅
  • Disadvantages: unhandy to navigate and select (because a lot of empty entries) ✅
  • Decide if and which to keep -> yes, keep it with already existing. new ones can be added on demand at some later point

• Custom Types
  • Show new new type structure at Place ✅
  • 11 Bauelemente - 03 Tore + 12 Gebäudeanbauten - 11 Arkadengang - Laubengang -> Keep them and link to place. They will be restructured later.
• Reference systems
  • Check unused reference systems ✅
  • 34 links to UNESCO Welterbe Objekt ID (806) -> link all existing entries to 806
  • Keep HERIS ID and link to place

• Groups (linked to artifacts as owners)
  • Öffentlich - linked to 70 artifacts
  • Privat - linked to 84 artifacts
  • We can't use these links for places (former artifacts) -> will be kept for now but added as new custom type "Eigentum" with single selection

• Artifacts of features
  • 20 entries were artifacts of features -> it's ok to drop sub connections because all entries will be on the same (place) level

• Discuss next steps
  • We keep existing data online so that some data corrections can be done till Monday by Welterbe
  • On Monday we will implement discussed steps and run the script one final time to restructure the data
  • Next meeting will be Wednesday 2026-03-18
