Lines, Areas and Shapes get sometimes deleted

Description
Pls see the gif. It is the demo version, but the same happens in 3.16.0. I donŽt know when and why something is deleted, but sometimes I draw a new line and an old line suddenly switch color to grey and with the save it gets deleted/unlinked.

I can confirm that if a line is edited without changing the geometry it gets deleted.
