Description
A new website for the OpenAtlas project will be created on https://openatlas.eu, consisting of new features and using new technologies:
- New layout and content
- Internationalization (at least English and German)
- Flask (Python web framework)
- Jinja2 (template engine)
- Bootstrap (CSS framework)
- HTTPS and other security measures
