Cannot save polygon after map has moved
Description
Found this bug in the dev-demo version (not tested yet in other ones)
When drawing a polygon in the edit mode and the map is moved by dragging it, polygon can be finished though it cannot be saved.
It does not change color after first node is clicked again and the save button remains inactive.

was unsuccessfull in reproducing on https://demo-dev.openatlas.eu/place/update/9408 in Firefox (68) and Chrome (72) chrome shows some display bugs but saves as expected, Firefox seems to work flawlessly
Could you please provide your browser version and the steps to reproduce in detail?

No idea why, but I could not reproduce it either... So I suggest we close this one for now... Thanks for the work though
