Remove Production and Destruction
Description
In preparations for #1038 (Multiple places for events) we will remove the Production (E12) and Destruction (E6) event classes because they weren't used very often and lead to confusion sometimes.
Existing entries will be remapped to Activity (E7).
Result of checked main projects, in brackets are the IDs of the entities.
