Value types duplicates

When creating more than one new value type the created type is duplicated after choosing "insert and continue".

- Project changed from 50 to OpenAtlas
- Category set to UI
Sadly I couldn't reproduce the bug.
- I went to Types -> Value Types
- Clicked on the '+' button
- Entered a name "A" and clicked on "Insert and Continue"
- Entered a Name "B" and clicked on "Insert"
- Went to the type overview and verified that only one "A" entry and one "B" entry were added.
Did you do something different? Can you please describe your steps so that I can reproduce it? Also, can you provide which browser and device you used (e.g. Internet Explorer on a Windows machine).
