Show/hide button for multiple reference systems

Description
If there are many external reference systems for one entry available at insert/update the form can get a bit cluttered.
Implementation
If there are more than 3 reference systems they will be hidden initially with a toggle button to display them (similar to dates).

The number is hard coded for the moment because I wasn't sure if we need an extra option in admin for this.
