Description
Linking multiple subunits to one reference at a time would be highly desirable. it would save a lot of time during data entry.
As already discussed with Alex, the following steps would be necessary:
- activate multiple linking from reference (the user has to decide if or what to write into the page field)
- make subunits link able from "reference" (at the moment only places can be linked from references)
- to be able to differentiate between names like grave 001, show the root of the sub unit as well

With the new functionality in #1637 this should be possible now too.

It is now possible to link multiple places and/or sub units in one go to a reference. Implemented in the develop branch.
Thank you for reporting this suggestion for improvement.
