Is there a way that I can create artifacts and link them to other entries?

It is possible to add an artifact to a move event. For that you have to edit the event and choose from the artifact field in the form. If the artifact doesn't exist you have to create it before.
If the event doesn't exist you can create and link it from an artifact in one go with going to the event tab of the artifact and click on + Move.
